The Barnett Formula works for the UK - if Scotland gets FA (Fiscal Autonomy) as well, as they all seem hell bent on, Scots will have extra taxes to pay.
Any pleas by Scots for a reduction in UK taxes to balance our personal budgets would mean less spent in Scotland from UK taxes - a reduced slice of Barnett being the most obvious option. Before any tinkering with Barnett, we MUST be told what Full Fiscal Autonomy entails.
How many tax bills is Scotland asking to have levied here?
Is FA so much smoke and mirrors? Sturgeon, Murphy and Davidson MUST clarify this if they want an honest ballot result.

BRITAIN MUST LEAVE THE EU TO SAVE HERSELF
Renowned economist and former Treasury Panel “wise man” who advised the Chancellor of the Exchequer from 1992 to 1997, Professor Tim Congdon, is on a speaking tour in Scotland next week.
Professor Congdon is UKIP’s Finance Spokesman. An economist and businessman, he is a strong advocate of sound money and free markets. For over 30 years, he has participated in public policy debates and in the UK’s public policy debates and is often regarded as the UK’s leading “monetarist” economist and as one of its most influential economic commentators.
The talks are open to the public. Mike Scott-Hayward, the Chairman of UKIPScotland said, “All are welcome. Tim’s talk will explain why Britain must leave the EU. In clear terms, he will show how membership of the EU destroys British jobs and makes us poorer."
The tour takes place at four venues: in Links Hotel 4 Alvanley Terrace, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh, EH9 1DU on Wednesday 8th May at 7.15 pm; on Thursday 9th May at 11 am at The Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth; then at 2.30 pm on Thursday 9th May at The Braes, 14-18 Perth Road, Dundee; and finally on Thursday 9th May, at 7.00pm at The Salmon Inn, Bank Street in Galashiels.
Venue details and free booking can be found on http://www.ukip.org/scotland/articles/1442-professor-tim-congdons-mini-tour

British Trade
In or out of the EU, Britain would still trade with the other EU countries. The UK is the biggest customer of many of these countries. So they would still trade with us.
Moreover, data produced last week shows that we are now increasing our trade with the rest of the expanding world.
We should foster our Commonwealth ties and trade.
We should leave the EU - switch back from political subservience to free trade.

English Parliament et al
It is my view that the Scottish Parliament, and the Welsh Assembly, should be made up of those Members of Parliament sitting respectively for Scotland and Wales.
English MPs sitting as such would conducted English business but it may well be that there is a need for an England Act, to formalise English MPs sitting as such, with power to elect a First Minister and to create an English Executive. That English Parliament then would have powers similar to Scotland.
There would, of course, be a need for Acts of Parliament to remove MSPs and Assembly Members, to be replaced by MPs, and possibly also to amend and enhance the Welsh Assembly's powers and status to that of a Welsh Parliament, fully equivalent to the Scottish and English Parliaments.
MPs would continue to serve as they do now at Westminster, working together for the UK, and with their feet on the ground within the devolved Parliaments.

UKIP's plans kill the poverty trap - Basic Cash Benefit and flat rate tax is brilliiant!
Why has the media and the fiscal world failed to latch onto the brilliance of UKIP's Basic Cash Benefit and Flat Rate tax plans? It kills the benefits poverty trap.
Here is how it works:
All 70 odd current benefits are scrapped and replaced with the Basic Cash Benefit - BCB - set at the same level as the current Job Seeker's Allowance. It is paid to all unemployed and low earners without any clawback if they take employment. Those on BCB, however, pay flat rate tax on all earnings, whilst keeping the full BCB.
When earnings reach £11,500, the BCB stops but then the personal tax allowance kicks in and the flat rate tax is paid only on earnings over £11,500.
What does all that mean?
Have a look at this (assumes BCB is £60 pw)
BCB........3120......3120......3120......3120......3120......0000.....0000......0000
PAY........000......1500......2500.....10000.....11400.....11500....14000.....20000
TAX........000.......465.......775........3100......3534.......000......775......2635
POCKET.3120......4155......4845.....10020.....10986.....11500...13225.....17365
As can been seen there is clearly an incentive to take work and to build up to full time employment and full wages. The Personal Allowance of £11,500 equates to a full time job on the minimum wage.
The poverty trap would be no more.

The three wise monkeys, Nick, Dave and Gordon...
The three wise monkeys, Nick, Dave and Gordon, offer no solution to the elephant in the room; the EU.
The EU dominates our lives with its hidden influences over our economics, trade, defence, borders, immigration, environment, employment regulations, excessive business and health and safety rules and already has 100% control over farming and fishing.
UKIP will withdraw immediately from the Common Fisheries Policy and we guarantee farmers no sudden loss of CAP payments on leaving the EU.
Tax and NI: You pay 20% tax and 11% NI on everything over about £8000 - with UKIP, NI will go, and only after you earn £11500, we’d have a flat rate tax of 31%; this takes 4.5 million lower paid people out of tax altogether.
UKIP wants Britain to regain three essential freedoms by leaving the EU:
Freedom of Action, so we control our borders and no longer grovel to the EU for permission to save our Post Offices, factories, etc.;
Freedom of Resources, keeping the £16.4bn p.a. in cash (£45m a day) currently sent to Brussels and spending that money in the UK;
Freedom of the People, with real power returning to British citizens from remote EU bureaucrats.
We must regain our Sovereignty. We can with UKIP.
